Unfortunately, although almost every electronic device available these days has some sort of camera, they all broke so I can't take a picture.

Hi guys, I am getting a camera for Christmas, and I broke my phone stupid blackberries. Wait til' christmas- my PC doesn't have a camera, either. If you have the Guiness book of world records 2007, look up strongest laser pointer, there is a very similar picture there (almost exact) and more info. I got the thing, and it cuts tape across the house, and across the hall- I have heard RUMORS of a mile at night in clear atmosphere. If you are confident it is 1.5 Watts, if I were you I'd buy a Laser Power Meter for, say, $200. You can then take photos of the laser being measured and proove that it is 1.5 Watts. You will then, almost definitely, be able to sell it for over $1000 on the forum. And then you can sell your LPM.

In a word, bullshit. Even if the ATF had any interest in such a device, if your uncle registered it as an AOW (any other weapon,) and subsequently gave it to you, he would be in violation of federal law. Like ten years in prison and a $250,000 fine.

Unless of course he registered it to a corporation he owned and put you on the board.

If your mantis is registered as a class III weapon and it was given to you, that is illegal, since a class III weapon can only be possessed by the person that registered it and no one else!
