yea i gave all my kids a leadlight 2 chromes and two blacks  now that they're getting scarce trying to talk my kids out of thiers but they just laugh and tell me to dream on  :( they are smarter than I thought  ;D
I  modded all of them 3 about 12 mw but "one" shows 18-24 mw on my laserwannabee meter and it has a very small beam that for some reason can pop a balloon sometimes unaided  I love leadlights they are #1 in my book
just wish it wasn't so hard to  find them at a descent price

These look like 110's. I can't say anything about the company, but hey - they have them... not cheap, sad to say. I think ThinkGeek has 105's. They don't have LED's though.

You can get this http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.7862
And drill a small hole in it and solder in a LED and fix up/replace the driver to work with the LED on it.
It takes a little more work and it isn't a lead light but it's cheaper.

If you really want to do an easy pot mod get this http://laserglow.com/index.php?galileo
With the pot adjusted they output more than 30mW. Mine output ~50. No LED but it has a nice constant on switch, it's all aluminum and its the same price as a leadlight.

sorry for being so specific but i want it silver so the axis lens will blend.I guess I'm stuck with a expensive one.How much would some one buy the insides for except the led and led resistor.
