Laserbtb has a direct green diode handheld.

I was browsing laserbtb.com today to look at red handhelds and noticed that they apparently now sell a direct green pointer at 520nm. I don't know if I'm going to go for it just yet because of the price... not cheap. But maybe this means that direct green pointers will finally become widely available from other vendors as well.
