I really don't know. You should beware of the risks and try building a PHR yourself. It burns and is blue ! :p
Just get goggles before any experimenting ok?

Oh ok. The greenies that burn commonly have a lot of IR on it, that is dangerous. If you want 100mW of green, without dangerous IR, you (and your pocket) are still at a risk. They are very dangerous and you will need goggles and a good manufacturer to buy one.

What is your budget, I mean, how much you want to spend?

Oh well. I recommend you get a little more money, so you get a quality laser so you don't get 'disappointed' when the laser stops working or you lose your vision. For cheap quality lasers you should try Rayfoss or O-like. Rayfoss sell a green pen (2*aaa one) that have 100mW output for $55, but YOU WILL NEED GOGGLES for burning..

OK, but the "500mW" one is in my hands, it about 90 - 100mW the "200" will likely be about the same or lower imho... -Glenn mW

Well, you stated that you want to light a match so, 100mW is the minimum...

Hmmm.. good enough to blind you.

Are you going to buy goggles? Get the rayfoss ones together with a 100mW laser. Fun and long-lasting vision guaranteed!
