Laser doesnt work properly

hey,
my laser doesnt work properly...
the first days it just did what i had to do,
but when my batterie was empty and i had to recharge it, it didnt work anymore. (ofcourse with a full battery, if the charger did his job)
i thought it could be the problem from the battery (or charger) so i bought new batteries (and a new charger)
but now it only works half :S
it does give me a green dot, but this is maybe 1/5 of the real laser...
what is wrong with my laser?

ps. its a SDlaser 301 100mW laser

With that amout of info it could be anything... to guess I'd say still the batt. try to give a little better discription chief.

what information do you need...?

the standart battery i got is a ultrafire 2400mAh
i bought 2 trustfire batteries
the laser points realy weak, first i could easily light matches, but now im glad if the point reaches the otherside of the room....

Oh ultra fire cells sag when a load is placed upon them get some quility aw's

but i bought 2 new batteries (if that is what you mean with aw's)
(sry, as i said, im a newbie..)
or wich one do you prefer?
