Screw KD. They STILL haven't shipped the laser that I ordered over 40 days ago and they won't even answer my emails asking them for a refund.

they finally sent mines, but not sure when, and checking hongkong post has nada!
but will never know if the pen is really 150mw.
the only way i got them to ship was file a grievance with paypal.
that got them to ship me something! highly doubt it's the 150mw pointer, prolly just some pointer to shut me up!

which pen did you order? the 150mW baton style focusable?

yeah i really hope they arent gonna try something like never ever reply after I've sent the package or claim they never recieved it...
strangest thing, i was talking to Kage, and he emailed Connie (same person i talked to) about the same problem i had. You would think she would give the same answer and tell him to send it back for a replacement, but instead she told him to try putting in the battery the other way. she said it was fine, the battery was causing the button issue. So it seems she would not replace it for him. I dont know why she was so nice to me about it and not Kage.

Razako you know what you could do..go to kaidomain, go up to customer support, go over to returns and exchanges over on the left, then choose one of those topics. you could say missing or wrong items sent, and talk about how you never received any items... might as well try everything you can.
