I'd like to thank Kage for pointing this out to me.
He recieved his replacement laser and mentioned that it uses a Real key this time, instead of whatever it used before.
I checked Kaidomain and there it was! however the pictures dont display in firefox. Here it is:

In this picture you can see it looks like a real key, it has the black plastic stuff at the end like a car key. You can see that it comes with 2 keys on a single keychain.
Kage reported that it's much better than his previous faulty model, and there is no button problem!
The other day my package came but it only contained the batteries I ordered, so I'm still waiting for the laser itself, I really hope it's one of these newer models. It worries me because mine was sent a bit before kage's was.
