Welcome to LPF!
First off I can say READ<READ<READ.....this is a wonderful resource for everything from gas lasers to DPSS lasers like yours.

The rating from DinoDirect of 200mW is set by the factory and almost never correct. My guess the laser you will get will be around 125-150mW, still a good power. For $50 you can't really expect the world....this laser will not have an IR filter, and does not come with safety glasses(something you should get right away!!!).

$50 will not get you the best laser, for high power green lasers they say it should cost 1$ for every 1mW. I would expect about 130mW or so, just don't expect the 200mW. Even if you don't get the 200mW, for $50 and getting 120mw green laser, not bad deal. The trouble is DinoDirect is not known for the quality... I hope you get lucky and get a nice green laser. I wouldn't expect more than 40-65mW from that laser at DinoDirect. :(

thanks guys. i thought i'd update you guys on the status of the laser:

it has been 9 days (including weekends) and it has not yet arrived. when/if it does i will post here with results on how good it is :p

Update: came yesterday. Got it today picked it up from the post office since I wasn't home. Laser has impressed me! It burns a little hole in my black wallet. Burns a hole in black duct tape, pops balloons and it did light a match i had! I'm shocked. I guess it was worth he price.
