Apple's one would probably be better but I wouldn't buy it anyway because everybody would have one! I'd get an RPL and pwn them XD

Lol, I just remebered that, I think 98 also had it.The microsoft one would make a very annoying beeping noise when you press the button at times when you get a beam error.And in case of mode hopping the beam would just shut down because it has made an illegal operation, but you would have the option to send the error report to microsoft. :p

Microsoft would make a spinoff of the Apple iLaser, and they will mkae it big and bulky just like the zune. It will have the red ring of death when you shine it, so you will have to cough up $75 to get it fixed (or wait till the 4th gen). Prior to that, Bill Gates will say to apple "ha! The iLaser? what a shitty idea!". When it gets tons of buyers, he will be sulking next to his "MicroLaser Version 3.5 Vista Edition". And when you turn it on, it will project a blue screen of death onto the wall.

I want my laser to have a blue beam of death though! It'd have 0 MRad, 10W and 473nm.

lol! So we WANT the Microsoft one to fail all the time, so we get the blue beam of death :D

That shouldn't be too hard, Microsoft products tend to break :)

Well, you have to give Microsoft some credit. They made the better Blu-Ray sleds, didn't they? And they pretty much blinded sony in the eye with their sleds so you JERKS (just kidding ;D) could make your blu-ray burner/pointers instead of tearing apart a $300 burner. Haha, ok, i think i went to far...

Back to the point: A blue beam of death would be freakin' awesome!!

lol they didnt make the sled, they just GOT a better one. eh. i wonder if ps3 will come out with an external SUPER BLU-RAY PLAYER lol.

I've always sorta wondered if MS didn't just buy a whole bunch of defective burner diodes which could only be used reliably in readers... they are, after all, some 10x stronger than they need to be.
