Dont panic!
It will be just fine, just connect your battery with the negative side to the spring and the positive side to the case and you will have one very large smile on your face!!

Be carefull and watch your eyes with this beam, its a blinder!

But i emailed that person and he said it does not come with lenses. Only with the driver and diode with housing...

Hotshot ---

You should not make duplicate posts on this forum. I've found 2 so far.

Looks like a standard 12mm module to me, im sure there's plenty of ppl here with dead ones that will unscrew and send you the lens assembly...if it needs it

Jaycey, what are you talking about? The laser is missing a lens.

You would have to buy a set of collimating lenses and glue them in place. I think novalasers.net sells them, but it would be easier just to get another module. These are great: 40~50mW Green laser module£*>5¡«500mW green laser module£*>Laser&lighting products£*>www.0-like.com

Also, if you do go that way, you could remove the crystals from the first module and put it in an AxiZ module for a high power IR laser.

what i already bought it... the one you sent me is cool but i already bought the other one... can you trade it with me? il give you like 5$ extra :(

What I meant was, you will most likely end up having to buy a second one. If you can find optics, it would be great, but I don't think it would be easy. And no, I don't have one.

Also, the two you posted are for red lasers.

No, they are two completely different wavelengths. Green is created through DPSS alignment, red is directly from the diode. Green requires a special pair of different optics.

So a green laser uses a different collimator lens? I though it was just a glass lens, but then again, I think my green lasers have a coated lens, which may not allow red light through too well.

But aixiz told me this might work: AixiZ
And what would happen if i were to put the "red" lens on a green laser module, will it burn out? Block it? what?
