DX can be slow to ship but I've always gotten what I ordered. It takes a couple weeks. Which 2 of those three lasers did you order ??

i ordered a bunch of lasers from them before
and ocne i had the same problem
about a week of "Ready for shipment shortly"
they sent me an email saying they're ready for shipping in a day or two or if i would like to cancel the order nows the time.
so i cancelled the order and got my money back.

when you get them i would love to see some side by side beam shots, see how they look next to each other, good luck with the shipping (and customs)...make SURE your not getting the expedited shipping

The shipping may be slow but it's free so I wouldn't complain! I'm waiting for my two tripods and a screwdriver to arrive. ((One tripod for camera, one for laser!))

Did you get the "old" 50 or the new "cheap" 50 ??
I got a cheap 50 coming to see what it's like compared to other DX lasers.
So far, my DX lasers meet or exceed ratings. Even the DX200 will peak at 206 mW with new cells !!

I tried to order a DX 200 and after a few days they sent my money back saying it would take a while.. So I went to draglasers and had one in hand in 5 days from when I placed the order.

I got my dx 30 yesterday, after about 23-25 days of waiting and Im not happy with it at all, it's worse than my nova 5mw and I think its more dangerous too if it doesnt have an ir filter. I want some burning power and more visible beam :-/ I can afford a x65 with goggles but im not aloud too :'( have to go ask my mum again, c ya ;)

My DX5's put out 15 to 18 mW.  My DX 20 outs 47 mW.  Measured IR output on the 20 is under 1 mW.
Where does this come from ??  Have Meters -  Will Report  .......
Mike

Update --- I just measured my DX20 for 808nM IR --- 0.636 mW !!
Oh damn -- Pop a balloon with that IR ;D

Interesting that ownee has never replied to this thread which he started. Guess it wasn't really important to him.

Well, I get a little testy when folks ASSUME that the DX lasers are IR spewing pieces of crap, when they are not !

DX puts that NO IR FILTER disclaimer on their website, because they cannot validate if there is indeed one on there or not - heck, they cannot even validate the output power, so what does that tell you ? They are a reseller only, and mostly ignorant of the product they sell - but that is by design ! It is much easier for them to put that disclaimer up there, and be wrong, than it is for them to NOT put it up there, and have them be wrong !
