Are you serious? Even a 5mW will have a beam that can go further than your eyes can even see. If you mean focusing, you won't get a good burning range off of any laser without a beam expander.

I think the RF is a better laser BTW.

Hmm thanks.I just need 10km range to see the green dot.BTW any good beam expander which I can use on rayfoss.

10km is still way too far to focus to, even with a beam expander. You could probably see the dot, but it would be much bigger. And no, beam expanders must use very expensive sets of optics. Look here: Optotronics Product Details

I think is has a sort of circular clamp on the end to fit any laser. You should email the owner of the site, just to be sure. He's a nice guy. And yeah, that's the right price.
