Hello all. I've been lurking and reading but have not been able to find the answer to my question:

I'm looking for a 50mW green laser with IR filter and keyed safety feature. The three I have been looking at are:

Ryfoss RF532-50mW-B03
www.rayfoss.com

Lazerer LZCS532-050
LZCS - Classic 532nm 50mW Focusable Green Laser Pointer

Lazerer LZGN532-050
LZGN - Grenade 532nm 50mW Focusable Green Laser Pointer

The problem is none of these have IR filters as far as I can tell and that worries me (that I could be damaging my eye sight even when holding the laser correctly).
Side question: Can I add an IR filter to any of the above lasers?

If you're wondering why I want the keyed safety feature it is because I have a 2 year old and even though I would never let her touch it she can be quite sneaky.

Lastly, I want this laser for star gazing and I live in a light polluted city.

Thanks for any help!!!

Here ya go 50mW for $31.40 and an IR filter installed is $1.57 extra, it also has a key lock  (if you want it in white that is $1.57 extra, personally I like black better)

Thanks all for input.

Bata:
Thanks for the heads up. I'll have to see if I can find one appropriately sized.

Nice find!! I know beggars can't be choosy, but I guess I'm a crybaby like this: I kind of like the beefier housing of the ones I had listed. Thanks for the link though. Much appreciated.

Looks like that ones a winner. I had been a little iffy about the multiple safety devices (as in the getto looking mono plug on the back). But I think I'm over it now.

Second question of course is should I get a glued or separate crystal. I had read that the difference was that the separate crystal would cool better. But is it really worth the extra 30% price increase on a 50 mW laser. Anyways, I'll link in the new thread I start on this.

Thanks, and if anyone else runs across any other 50mw keyed lasers with an IR filter, drop a msg.

o yeah, i rep'd everyone who responded so far since you all had good info.
