hey all!
been reading this forum for a couple of weeks now, and i like it here, so i joined in.
I had a 5 mw red laser for 15 years, and it broke 2 month ago, when i tryed to pot mod it. But im begining to like laser a lot more now. Was in bankok 3 week ago and picked up a 20 mw green laser and loved it. its unbranded so i dont know what it is. but i think its this one:

But im thinking about getting a nova x125 or a alpha105(dont like all those safty features), is there any other differences that makes x125 better or worse?

can the x125 pop ballons and burn black tape, without being moded?


im from Norway and 32 of age.

both of those should easily pop balloons I'm looking at a x100 right now myself welcome to the worst addiction of your life

The forum usually goes through slow times during the middle of the day because everyone is at work/school/other.

ah...

been looking on the dragon Hulk Series 125mW and optotronics ppl 125 any one have any thought about these 2 laser, with is better, and witch of those 2 companyes are best?

im think about getting a Hulk 125 mw from dragonlasers, have not seen much reviews of optotronics laser, and one person here had trouble with the ppl 125 with mode hopping, i just want a trouble free laser when i put so much money into it...

According to most people on the forum, Optotronics is WAY better than Dragon. Dragon has neen proven to send out units that were almost 20mW underspec. Optotronics will always make their customers happy, I really suggest you go with them. Almost everybody else will say the same.

Optotronics ALL THE WAY!!! http://www.optotronics.com/r-lithium-ion.php. If not, go with Laserglow Hercules http://www.laserglow.com/index.php?hercules (more $).

You probably haven't heard too much about these companies because they are top end and not everybody owns one. If you decide Optotronics (recommended) Just don't order straight from the site and email Support @Optotronics [optotronics@gmail.com] and speak to Jack directly. Tell him your a member of this forum and he will hook you up. I have the RPL 225 and it was worth every penny I paid for it. EXCELLENT I mean EXCELLENT laser, and, Jack is quick (you should get it the next day or two if your in US) and stands by their excellent products.

I also recommend Jack :eek: be warned rpl & ppl lasers cause uncontrollable :'( addiction

ok, let me get this straight, send an email to optotronics@gmail.com and ask for jack, so he could hock me up with a laser, does he work at optotronics?(stupid q.) and why this, is it becouse he will pack and send i faster?

to bad im outside the US, i live in norway.

sorry for all the Q. its just that this will be my first BIG laser..

Actually, I suggest you Email him so he can send you a google check out invoice (and save 1.5%) and mention you are a member of LPF and you get another 7.5% discount! But not if you order right off his site.
