Its output of 532nm light is surely not ging to be 200mw. That is not IR Filtered so its giving out less 532nm light. You get what you pay for.

The laser in the video appeared to be about 125mw based on what i saw of it's beam specs there vs. how quickly it burnt, but that's not IR filtered, which means you could end up with a 50mW green that burnt like a 125mW for their price of a 200mW. You really do get what you pay for, and a 95mW pen from some place like dragonlasers.com is probably going to be more than what you pay for, so it's up to you.
