I did a search on this site for green laser pointer mods and got absolutly nothing of any value at all. certainly none that outlined the search words that I typed in. Is this because there are none or are no good ones, possibly all are formed from hear-say and nobody really wants to take any responsibility for talking about something that they really don't know anything about? Could someone clairify any of this for me, and please without forwarding me to some other broken link or one that doesn't help.

if you are talking about pot mod and you say you haven't found info you better go away, if you are talking about adding a lens then you alredy posted about it, double post no thanks.

If it's not any of these 2 things, then better clarify us what you talk about.

Yours,
Albert

I don't know how I can be any clearer in my question about mods. That is what I'm interested in MODS any and or all that are smart and work. Any modifications that would add power or precision any that would boost a mw or two.If you will read again my post I stated that in a search I typed Green laser pointer mods and got nothing of any use maybe to better understand what I meant you should try that search and then When you find what I did you might feel silly for telling me if I didn't find anything I should go away.

as i was once told but idioticaly ignored "buy what you want or wish to make once and be happy"
in otherwords spend the extra coin to get what you want or spend money on higher quality parts and DIY.
i ignored that statement and ended up laserless... untill now, i went with Optotronics

You can mod o-like module.
my research lead me in more than dozen $ of loss, but i find a way to obtain more power from these module. I need to confirm (=buy some more cheap 5mw from olike)that before creating a thread. im talking going to 5mW=> 50mW but no more
im not interested to spare money transforming a 5mw one into a 50/60 mw one. just the physic interest me. If you are hurry, just buy at o-like the right power u want. Otherwise you will loss money and time. But i will create a thread later. Pot mod don't work (or couple of second) driver are always set at a safe current for the diode. 1/4 turn in the pot can instanly fried your diode (i loss nearly 70$ to know that)

You need to read a bit more.
Start with the FAQ's and the other "stickies."
Your question is too vague to be answered in any effective manner.
There are many, many different ways to "modify" a laser.

What do you have?
What is your desired outcome?
How much money are you willing to spend?
What types of tools do you own?
Can you "use" them?
Do you have any experience with working on electronics?
Can you work with SMD components?

That should get you STARTED being focused enough to ask an answerable question.
Don't get angry with us because you don't know enough to ask a good question.
It is the question that allows an answer to be "good."

Peace,
