You can't get a 200mw green laser EVER for 12 bucks. They will cost at least $100 for a low end one

Well if you read properly, it's from thailand an you can buy anything from thailand. And the sticker has misleading info on it . It's probably only about 15-20 mw because It can't even pop a balloon

if your budget is 100$ you can get a 100mW laser in HL host from this website for 98$, they are known here for making good lasers. and there is option to add IR filter.

HL 532nm 50-300
