green laser problem

hi there i bought a green laser pointer on holiday 10mw 532nm it was ok for a day or two but after coming home i have noticed when i go to use it at times the dot isnt very bright and sometimes takes a second or two to get to full power the batterys are duracel so it cant be them any ideas the pointer has no name on it thanks

Faulty switch I guess

Try different batteries. They CAN cause problems.
