I'll gone try to explain this in my best English :D

I bought 6 months ago a green laser (100mw) from the Netherlands,
but yesterday when i want to switch the laser on, the beam goes from
normal power to very low power and when i use a lens, you see that the beam splits after 2 sec.
I searched a lot but don't know what the problem is, I changed the batteries multiple times, ...

This is the laser.

This is a video from it (with a lens in front of the laser).

Hope you guys can help me to fix this if it's possible..

give the lens a good clean with alcohol. If that doesnt work it may be a problem with the crystals. Or the laser it self. If you can put the module out do it and investigate it. But other then that not quiet sure.

Where did you buy it from?

This is classic mode hopping. See this thread for an explanation -

Not a lot you can do about it as it's an internal alignment issue of the crysrtal set and pump diode, and no amount of lens cleaning will solve this. You might try fresh batteries, or keeping the laser on for a bit to allow it warm up a little. Not too much but see if the pattern changes or stabilises.

See how you go with that. I you're not confident to take it apart and don't know what you're looking for, it's buy another laser I'm afraid...
