Green Laser Help?

Ive looked into green laser im interested in getting a green laser i would like it to light a match, pop a ballon, and the beam be seen in somelight like dusk and im looking for it to be under $100 and i need to know a reliable source(good quiality). Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.

Look through the reviews and guides, your question is one asked practically every day on the forum. People don't take kindly to new members coming on here and not looking for themselves before they ask for help.

I've looked at that and then i get second thoughts at some of the threads about the websites and i need to know if i get a laser will it come in working condition or will i need to buy more stuff for it.
