Green Laser Diodes

I was looking around a bit and I saw this website: http://www.sp3plus.co.uk/green-diode-lasers.php
Looks pretty cool.
So what I can gather is that they put a pump diode, the cystals and the photodiode for power and put it into a really really small size?
9mm Green Laser Diode at around 20mW, sounds pretty cool.
I'm sure these must cost a fortune, but hopefully one day, Greenies will become as cheap as reds if they made them like this...
