Good cheap green laser modules?

Does anyone know where I could get a good quality Green laser module that averages >150mW I looked at dragonlaser and laserglow and opto for the modules and dragon seems to be the cheapest $ to mW anyone know where else I should look? :-?

Murudai and someone else did a review , the other review is still in the review section near the bottom I think, if it's not it'll be on the second page, they are cheaper than the laser-wave modules.

the new star modules also have analogue blanking or TTL blanking.
