Im also looking for good 808 cmounts.. Was hoping this lot had some, but
I cannot complain :D

If I get some or find a decent source, I will let you know..

Do you have your YAG/KTP source lined up? I would be interested in knowing where you get crystal sets with such power handling.

Just noticed your post, haven't checked back on this thread in a while...

Right now the sets that im getting are 50$ and already bonded.
My cost is 50$ each, and that's if I order 10 at a time, 60$ for singles.

They don't come with any data either, so im not sure of their exact
specs, but they are new and unused, with no signs of rough handling.

I have also tried the set used in 5mW leadlight pens. They are larger than
the ones I get, and will work up to 100mW or so. I had originally thought
that the leadlight crystals fell short on output, but I was testing them
with an off spec 808 LD and didnt know it :banghead:

For any larger projects there seems to be no alternative than spending good
$$$. I still have to try the one found on ebay from seller areodynamics. His
seem to be worth a shot.

Other than that its trial and error.

Pssh. The kits and crystal sets aerodynamics sell have been ripped from the 250+mW green modules.

If they survived the removal intact they'd be damn good value for something that includes the housing and mounts for all the crystals.

These also appear to be independantly bonded crystal sets. So if you wanted to cool them individually, it's possible.

most DPSS lasers are 20% efficiant meaning a 50 watt pump diode should be expected to produce 10 watts of 532nm
