First time getting a laser.. Need Advice.

Hey everyone, I'm new to lasers just seen them and pretty interested in them. I want to buy one that can light matches and pop balloons but nothing too much. I just want one for right now to see how they work and later on i can get a better one. I was looking on ebay because i'm looking for a cheap one, just to be my first. I saw this one and since i know nothing about them i wanted to ask ya on this fourms and see what you guyz think about it. Well, here is the link please let me know if ya think it's any good and can pop balloons and all that fancy stuff.

You won't get 20mW and you won't light matches or pop balloons. Follow Razako's advice. You still will have to work at doing what you want with it, but at least you will have a chance with the DX unit.

It just depends how long it will take to break, if you give it a duty cylce I imagen it should be ok, but if you leave it on for too long that may cause damage.
