First stronger green laser?

Ive been lurking these forums for a few weeks after getting into laser collecting (nothing strong) and have decided I would like purchase my first stronger green laser. I've noticed a lot of people here are saying "Lazerer" has a pretty decent reputation and are usually overspec'd. I don't want to spend more than 60 dollars on the laser (this is of course excluding glasses). I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions or tips?

I would like the laser to at least be 100mw.

lazerer is the best laser company at the moment within your needs and price range
green is the best color for visibility (shine in the night sky)
but red and blue are better for burning
i personally like this host because it is water proof and you can add a star cap to it!
