Well other than cheep ones like the ones you get at walmart, ive never bought a laser before. I read that O-Like is a good place to get them and finally decided on this one. New cute pocket Green laser 200mW /adjustable [OLCGL200] - $120.99 : Welcome to O-Like.com, Your source for laser products Well a couple questions.. Will it burn/Have a visible beam? Also im worried about customs taking it, i live in the US... Is that somethign i should be worried about? and is that a good laser? (yes im getting goggles :D)

You might consider getting a 100mW to start. You will still easily see the beam.
175mW is going to be painfully bright.
This is not a Walmart laser and it's not something you can randomly use around your neighborhood.
Sorry if i'm a bit cautious, but someone's gotta be ,)

You WILL need appropriate laser goggles if you are burning or shining it indoors.
The temptation to reach over and play with it is amazing, I have to put my high powered lasers in the gun safe just to keep from fiddling with them at the kitchen table ^_^
Using it outside (cautiously) without goggles is all right but remember, if you screw up and hurt someone with it, the courts are going to kick your butt HARD.
Safe lasing bro.
