Will the beam more visible than a 532nm laser?

No. I have a 532 that has about the same output and the 520 is brighter. Although they are about the same power, 532nm lasers emit infrared light, which is invisible but still adds power. I am referring to the 303 and 301 green lasers.

It will likely give you some bat wings type of splash like this (-) that's what I get with a 3 element, but it does have the advantage of making a smaller dot at a greater distance with the side effect of some power loss. Your photos look like its very unfocused, it shouldn't look like that when focused, only when unfocused.

Thanks for the reply. I just reversed the acrylic lens and the dot looks better than before.
