Good idea you might want to try an 100mw 405 laser, 405nm burns the best.

Well the laser is finished now! Its in a Newman Organic wintergreen host LOL! I wanted the case to be green because its a green laser!!

Glad it worked also I would not buy the 200mw modular from dx it is under spec and can't burn very well.

Would it be possible to put a 300mw red module from modwerx in Mohgasms JAD C6 kit? Or is it mainly a 445 laser host and heatsink?

Well yeah thats just an option you select when you buy it. doesnt moh set the driver to whatever current you want?
