Dinodirect flashlight style laser problems

Ok so i bought a 150mw Green laser from dinodirect. The problem is i only used it for about an hour, and the battery spring feel out. Im pretty sure it was soldered on does anyone know how i would fix this and how would i take the laser apart to fix this? if you guys need any pics let me know. heres the link to the laser i purchased 150mW 532nm Flashlight Style Green Laser Pointer - DinoDirect.com

Drill 2 holes in the circuitboard ( left and to the richt of the contact) and turn the spring into the circuitboard so that the battery doen't put force on the lead contact but on the circuitboard.

I tried to make a pic so you can see what i mean.
