Did my laser is weak ?

Hello, sorry for my english !

I bought a green 200mw laser there are 1 years on DX but i thinks he is very weak for a 200Mw !
I know its not a real 200Mw but when i see this video:

I can see my 200mw laser is not more bright than the 35 mw on the video !
How can i mesure the "mw" of my laser ?

You can measure a laser with a laser power meter. The 200mW green laser from DX is normally around 90-130mW IIRC.

When i buy the laser DX has two 200mw laser, same picture but 25$ and 40$...
I think its because i buy the 25$ laser
