CNI has a 1-1.1W 532nm PGL-III-C for $1800. So, if this one here is existing, the price is right.

the video says 1000mW.? not the same laser? no closeup on the laser.. just a beam... that's not it! :wave:

- a video with the Laserpowermeter and the laser in front, also we have to see if there are no other lasers lithning onto the sensor
- infos about the inner working
More questions after that.
Remember, this laser costs near $2000, not the amount we spend every day

Also, mic. If you guys are in fact metering these lasers before hand, especially the "gauranteed certified power" ones, why was my 80mW unit a whopping 20mW?
There are two logical answers to this
1. You meter them, and even if they are 1/4 of the rated power you ship em out anyways, hopefully the buyer doesn't have an LPM.
Or
2. You don't meter them at all, except for the websites pics or to put here on LPF to "prove" to us they are up to spec.

Those images of the LPM measurement don't prove anything.
I could probably get a >1.3W reading by sticking my *pick an appendage* on the sensor.

am I the only one who noticed their battery is a 26650 and not an 18650?

I don't know much about power systems, but last I checked the specs of a 26650 aren't the same as a 18650, so I'm not sure what you could do with one, besides make a 750-850 lumen flashlight that fits in your pocket.

I'm sure they are. However I always wonder exactly how honest they're being. If they actually have a LPM.. The requested pics/video aren't exactly something that takes days to take and post here.

I´m sure Mic and Dino know that people here would be interested in a 1300mW 532nm handheld. Investing 15minutes for requested pics / vids should be possible for Dino.

Well the only differences between 18650 and 26650 should be the size, capacity, and the more current the 26650 could supply, otherwise it is just another one of them 3.7V Lithium Ion Batteries

dino is not the only a company that sells 1300mW 532.
warnlaser and boblaser are also selling that things.
maybe its true outputing 1300mW, but i AFAIK, all type of laser like that (identified by host type) has a HUGE IR leaks.
