Dealextreme "True Green Laser Pen" - IR Filter?

Dealextreme seems to be selling green lasers pretty cheap - their " True Green Laser Pen 30mW" goes for $24.57
But does it have an IR Filter?
At that power level, IR light getting through could be dangerous.
Can anyone provide info?

(I take it laser goggles are a must-have for 30mW, but those would not protect against IR)

i bought not-true 50 from there it has ir filter i think this one will have too

It does have an IR filter, it isn't great but it works fine. The little IR that leaks out comes out in a cone shape so unless you pointed the laser in your eye from one inch you should be fine, the green is the dangerous stuff compared to the little IR that comes out.
