generally if someone with a lot or rep (the green bars under your name) or anyone for that matter, gives you some advice its best to listen to it and not try to argue or say they are blowing off steam, even if you dont like the answer,, its like if a cadet in the military asked a general a somewhat silly question that was in his handbook, and when he got his answer he told the General he was just blowing off steam, it will make you a bit unpopular here.

in the end all they want is to keep you safe and to keep stupid laser crimes to a minimum so they dont get banned completely

If your just going to critize my questions and not give help why are you commenting??
Believe me I will be getting a laser(s) and if you were that concerned you would realize that your not helping your hobby by trying to bash on people, it has the opposite affect.
And just so you know I have no problem with the forum policy nor am I losing a second of sleep over your comments.

FireLaser I understand, but theres no reason to talk to someone disrespectfully because they didnt know something. Any how though thanks for the glasses advice and links. I think I have a few good sites to get lasers from so I'll check out those and if not then I always have the forums LoL

so by "bashing" on people it makes them want to go out and shine lasers in peoples faces and break the law? That would be the opposite of safe laser handling so yes what you said implies this.

Not sure if you are aware of this but THIS forums policy is SEARCH FIRST, ask second. thus by asking a question that has been answer over 500 times before, that gives us the approval to give you stupid answers and flame away. (you dont believe me then do a search and you will find the mods join in on this shenanigans)

Fianlly by not giving you advice on where to get a laser, it is almost certain that you will buy from a crappy company and get ripped off (get an underpowered laser). which in the end is a good thing since our "help and advice" doesnt matter to you and is having an opposite affect on you. your words not mine

Welcome to LPF, if you dont like us then go back where you came from. We dont need more uneducated or people NOT WILLING to learn or take advice that in the end is actually REALLY good advice. Pull your head out from under a rock and take a second look at what has been said, WE ARE GIVING YOU ADVICE! sorry its not "oh go buy a laser from ______ and then shine away and break the law"

EDIT: only one of those glasses link is for proper safety glasses and yes please do buy a laser from SL, they work great out of the box -_-
