Can I use this lens for a green laser build?

Hello

I originally was planning on doing a 405nm build with a host I have picked out, but I am leaning more towards a green one now. The problem is that I already ordered a couple g2 lens' that say they are for 405/445nm and am now wondering if I would have to get a different lens for a green laser. The lens' I bought can be seen here:

They will work for 532 ok but not really designed for them they are coated for more of the blue spectrum. you need to find ones that are coated for the green spectrum

maybe a better choice for yr green- and save that great deal you won for 405 building.

The AixiZ glass single lens is as good as any other and at $13 its a steal.

plz refer me in 'notes to seller' if you buy at AixiZ.com (do not buy AixiZ from scamazon or greedbay)

The add states its coated for "405nm/445nm/512nm Laser Diodes" so it should be fine for a green build. AFAIK most 405-445 lenses work with only negligible losses for 520.:beer:
