Concure......Only thing I will say is the search bar should be your friend. This forum has been around since 2006 or 2007 iirc. There have been hundreds of people wondering the same thing as you so search first and ask second. Most of the time you will get your answer with the search so in the end you get the answer quicker

Red will be better at burning IF it's focusable, green isnt made for burning and they are rarely focusable unless you go higher end than a "standard" cheap laser

What i wrote was a bit different to what i was thinking I was trying to say that unless you buy something that obviously isnt 100% junk they are very rarely focusable. anyway, ill change the post to better express what i was thinking

I thought *I* Was your Aussie Idol
Red will be better at burning IF it's focusable, green isnt made for burning and they are rarely focusable unless you go higher end than a "standard" cheap laser

Thank you both and I'll use the search bar more often but I haven't been able to find a cheap IR filter for a ebay pen can you please help me out because I have tried to find one.

You wont be able to easily add an IR filter to a cheap laser. The filters are REALLY small and need to be glued in place inside the laser with little room for error.

IR filters are square. Check the size of you laser and pick a square one that will fit.
