Buying a Laser for the US

I want to buy a 30mW-50mW laser that will be able to be used in the US. I realize that there are laws about lasers stronger than 5mW which is why I want to choose this laser.
LZCS - 532nm 30mW Focusable Green Laser Pointer
I want this one because it has the lock and key on the back, which, from what I've read, means that it can be used in the US. So my questions are.
How legit is Lazerer? and do I have to worry about my laser being stopped at customs?

Lazerer is a good company with fast shipping/processing times and rarely do people have an issue with them. Also their customer service is great!

I just received a 200mW 650nm, caught it on sale for $29.99. It took 27 days to arrive to Missouri, ordered it on 2/2/12.

I'm about to order a 532nm green module or 2.

I say go ahead, pull the trigger.

I dont think that the laser will be stuck at customs ... Remember that it has some FDA compliances... I ordered a 100mw green laser that only has a strap for safety and it pass customs and it arrieved in 11 days after my purchase

Exactly I am overly satisfied with my '100mW' (reaches 175mW w/ IR filter)

Well it seems that its a good online laser store
At least it sells laser with FDA compliance and not like cheap chinese brands with nothing
