The 445's we have are all multimode and unless you use something other than the aixiz lense line up or other aspherical lenses that are floating around, the beam will remain a rectangle. FAC will clean up the beam and make it more square

Is the diameter of your 1W 445 4mm?

dude a 445 like we ALL use are CRAP SHIT laser and have a CRAP GAY !!! ASS
Divergence of OVER 2 to 3 mayeb i am not sure but i bet it's close to 3 Divergence (mrad) so those cheap ass 445 from C@sia are just a waste but hey :) they still OWN! in power and behe we're on LPF ( incase if you understand ) lpf means laser POINTER forum ) and that's what we're here for,e it's a laser POINTER and always with laser pointers they point and the eyes makes it a nice straight beam cuz of physics

As i know,4mm for the 445 is normal. If you want the excellent beam of blue, what about the 473?It`s very good. It`s certain that the price of 473 is more expensive.

The divergence on 445's isn't quite as horrible as weeb stated in his... interestingly worded.. post. Though 1.5mRad or so is generally about as good as you can hope to get out of one using 'non-exotic' optics.

FAC stands for fast axis correction.

473nm lasers have better beam specs and are more expensive because they are DPSS, like your 532nm greens.
