Go for the O-Like module it will be at or near the stated output. The DX will not be close.

Well, look at it this way.

The DX might have 50mW output, and OF that, 10-15mW will likely be infared so... slightly more dangerous to deal with/look at.

The o-like will be either 100mw or just barely below it, and I'm pretty sure they include IR lenses on some of their lasers. Even if they don't, you're most likely going to get pretty much 100mW.

Then the next question is: longevity. The DX most likely won't last a month. (In my experience and in many others, though there are always exceptions) There is also mode hopping, inconsistency, slow power on, slow power off, etc. Lots of potential problems that the extra little bit of money for an o-like laser/module probably won't have. *They're just better quality*

I personally would choose o-like over DX any day, but that's really your call. Do you want to spend 45$ on something that might be 50mw, and last a month, or spend 60$ on something that'll be more reliable and last a whole lot longer?

I/we can't answer that for you.
