I know the only way to get an exact mW is with an LPM or specific tools but my laser will cut holes and lines in one of those little black portion cups you can get at any salad bar for dressing like this:

Can anyone give me a ballpark of mW by this?

If you can adjust focus, about ~70mW is enough to burn through those plastic cups in my experience, although it might take a few seconds.

well it doesn't do it immediately it takes about two to three seconds. I honestly assumed it was between 70 and 80
