I really care about the appearance of the laser, and wanted to find a nice host for my next green laser. I would like it to be chrome or something like Wicked Laser's Elite host. Anyone have any suggestions?

I have a 150mW+ module in one of these. It looks cool, feels solid, and it's heavy.
It's made of brass, with chrome over top. It has a 12mm bore so it will provide decent heatsinking also. It is also very easy change out the module. It has a threaded retaining ring to hold the module in place.

Make sure to buy the CR2 rechargeables and a charger too.

Yes there is a host at rayfoss that comes in 3 colours.. chrome, grey and black.. im not sure if it is really chromed but it looks pretty nice check it out
I just bought a black version of this host.. it was extremely easy to press fit the module in..it fits one cr123 battery, it comes with a nice clicky on/off switch on the tail cap and looks very nice.. AND IT IS ONLY $18!! ($16 for host, $2 for postage!)

kenom makes a kryton for green modules. it can easliy be chromed. I chromed one for scope guy. ask him to post pix. it came out really nice.

What all hosts fit o-like modules? the larger ones, not the tiny 5-10mW ones, i mean the standark 12mm ones.
Anyone care to list them? +rep if you do
Also do you need to shave the extra barrel on the module down? if i did that i think it would fit... but then again the module button doesnt reach the side button... im stumped

Your guess as good as mine! I will look into this... whats the problem with the 30 & 100mW modules? is the width of the module to big or is it the driver? bit more info needed... i want to know cause i was thinking of a 200mW build!

that is a nice host. where could i get that one?
and I bought the 200mW waterproof one posted above. still didnt get it yet though.
