You should get the one you want.

Otherwise, look into other options and get something else.

I want them all lol, but really, the reason I asked the question is because I want to know which one is better based on specs and price.

As far as I am aware, those three lasers are "unknown" to this forum. I think I may have seen a review of the 250mW one... maybe.

They should be pretty close to the specs listed on the site. Rayfoss has a reputation for providing products that are true to their specs.

If you're unsure of what to buy, check out the "review compilation" thread in the Review section. There you will find lots of good info on many different lasers.

I was considering the exact same options you did and finally chose to go go with the RF532-200mW-FMK(IR Filter) because of the following reasons: It looks good, has an IR filter and comes with it's own suitcase instead of the cheap retail box like the two other ones. The 400mW is tempting, but since it has no IR filter, 25% of the emitted radiation is infrared light, which means you only get 300mW of green. That's just my opinion, but the choice is yours in the end. We can only recommend lasers according to specs and looks. Good luck picking the right one for you!

Well two of them are IR filtered if that is a concern, and one has terrible divergence(1.8nm)

I would not go with the 250mW because of the high divergence. I'm currently considering buy the 200mW one you have linked to, but I haven't decided yet. If you know some specifics of what you need, you can probably get pointed to something.

So I guess I say go with the 200mW.

I like the 2nd one, it looks much better. Also, I don't trust any of those divergence ratings. My FLX is 2.7 mRad, and is rated at 1.7.
