Hey, I have a 200mw green DPSS module from DX which I've been messing around with trying to get into a host, and from what I have noticed something seems to be very wrong with the diode/crystal. Without either the exapanding or collimating lens it looks like a large dot as usual. With the expanding lens, the dot is of course expanded to a large circle, however the circle is much further above and to the left than without the lens. There are also some artifacts which look like circles within eachother, like ripples in water. The distorted output means the light usually doesnt even get out the rest of the host or collimating lens properly.

I initially thought the problem was with the expanding lens, however I have tried 2 different lenses and they both have the same result.

What could be going wrong?
