So I got a 15mw 532nm Aixiz Lab module and it was great. The current/voltage regulator (not sure what it is) gets very hot. Today while using it, it shut off, and will not turn on. Two resistors get VERY hot, and there is a voltage drop (4.93v to 1.88v) on the output of the driver when you plug the laser in. Any ideas?

The 1.88 volts sound reasonable for a pump diode, though its hard to tell if this is the same as when it was still working.

Its quite normal for these circuits to run pretty hot under normal operation. The pump diode could take something like 300-400 mA, and the driver has to drop about 3 volts at that current. Thats about 1 watt, doesnt sound like much, but its plenty to get a regulator ic hot.
