Default 532nm module thread size?

Does anyone know what size the threads are on a standard 532nm 50mw Module as pictured below and if there are any screw on covers available?

Shown here in my custom host...

I have seen some modules on eBay and other sites that have caps on them and was unsuccessful finding anything at the local hardware store that would fit these threads. I am not looking for a focusing ring, but just a cap / hood of some sort.

Thanks.

you could use the cap from this host
5mW 532nm Green Laser Pointer Pen with DX Logo (2*AAA) - Free Shipping - DealExtreme
or this one
www.rayfoss.com

They are the standard new wish hosts and the cap they have should fit your module.

Could you just fix something to the containing host instead? They're nearly all 12mm, and the beam coming out the front won't be that different further out from the initial aperture.

I like the look of the New Wish pens. Not sure if I would sacrifice a host for a cap I guess they're cheap enough.

As far as fixing something on the host, I guess I could and will probably end up doing that once I exhaust my search. Since there are threads on the module, I was hoping I could find some type of nut to screw on. Unfortunately most everything on these modules, including the Aixiz ones, are metric and none of the stores around here stock them. On one project I used a nylon washer and was able to get it threaded tightly on, but wanted something nicer on this brass host.

Here is the link to the build

I was thinking if I could find out the thread size, maybe I could order something online or have someone make me something. I will keep messing with it.

Thank you for the replies.
