Even if there is 6 in there (because of optical losses) I'd say its not worth the money. However that's a nice find! Its good to see (possibly) the 515nm diodes in something non commercial. It would be a good sign for us :D

The second is probably from a diode.

Not sure if you are familiar with the process kvant uses for 515nm, but they do NOT use green diodes. They use a similar process as this video if I remember correctly...(hence the 607nm in my sig,) it's not just 521nm I remember this making in the green spectrum



Edit: I am quite wrong. Post staying up for interesting video though

The listed divergence on the beam is a weighty suggestion that these are single diode units.
