I already ordered this laser and am waiting for it to arrive but would like to know if it can turn off street lights? Thanks in advance.

Well in your signature says you have the laser is or a very similar one, could you test it and see?

i have it.. but i don't have street lights with light sensor in my city and cities around me.....

Also witch way do the batteries go in?

In greenies, the batteries are usually with the negative side pointing towards the laser module.
