I got tracking on the Laser but it did not leave hong kong post for the USA till the 29th.

I have no idea why they held it for so long or why Susie didn't ship it till the 17th when I payed for it on the 7th.

I even waited till the holiday was over to order it lol. The whole thing has kind of left me scratching my head :thinking:

Did you get a chance to check it without the filter to see how it performed and please tell me the divergence is not horrid :)

It performs great with or without the filter. The beam diameter is slightly larger than an RPL but not really large like the sky. It is a nice beam diameter and the divergence is fair as well. It really is one heck of a laser for the price but I will get to all of this when the end cap comes.

Congrats on the RPL 350 dude... I have the RPL 425 and it is great! You will love that thing.

Actually I do want that RPL look-a-like green but I must resist the urge to spend more money on lasers.

I tried. It's too hard.
I might have to buy a PGL-III-C 473 next.
Money grows back...

I mentioned this in another thread, but I just placed an order for an o-like 350-400mW IR filtered green portable. Just hoping for a somewhat stable green laser with a HUGE, powerful beam, nothing more. Will post a detailed review shortly after it gets here, along with meter results, probably about 12-58 days from now. :p

What have rayfoss said? It's very strange that it popped right when you lighted it up when they are supposed to test them individually!

Yeah i agree. It was very odd. It died literally 2 seconds after power up. They said to send it back and they would replace it. They should have got it by now but I have not heard word back from them.

On another note I am getting really pissed off that the other half of the O-Like shipment hasn't arrived yet a full 7 days after the first half. Also I emailed susie about this about 3 days ago with no reply. WTF?

THREE WEEK UPDATE:::
Opto: Awesome
Rayfoss: Broken and returned waiting for replacement to be sent.
O-like: Received half a laser a week ago.....still waiting no reply from Susie.
Focalprice: Paperweight has been returned waiting for refund.
CNI: Canceled due to fear of poor quality based on the nearly 50% fail rate as of late.

This is turning out to be a rather shitty experience for me. Sorry for this is taking so long guys. It is out of my control. At least you get to experience the entire process with me rather than just the final resulting reviewed lasers. I think that adds to the review's effectiveness.
