200mW Green module on eBay for $95

I was wondering if anyone that has a laser power meter has bought any modules from this guy on eBay? I'm looking to buy a 200mW module from him but want to see how accurate his power ratings are, and to hope that I'm not getting ripped off. I bought a 100mW from him already but don't have a meter to test it with, it does burn black objects so its definitely over 50mW...

I doubt it is 200mW. Maybe 100-150mW.

I have tried these "200mW" modules from DX, and they appear to be around 100-150mW as they burn. They look the same.

The beam quality is so so, and the beam exits at a slight angle. Cheap, you get what you pay for. They need heat sinking for CW and require warm-up time as do most cheap pumped greens. They are known to produce a fair amount of IR too.

BTW, the rated current at DX is wrong. They actually draw 700mA @ 3.0V, as does your eBay unit.
