Stay away from it, it's certainly not 200mW, my guess would be 50-100mW. Buy from a trusted company, like O-like.com or rayfoss.com .

If you want a cheaper alternative and don't mind waiting for the laser to arrive check out Dealextreme.com
Bare in mind the quality isn't great, the greens upto 100mW and red dilda are all pretty decent lasers and it will take a long time to arrive.
