Hi guys. I'm new to the forum, but I have been experienced with lasers for quite some time. I own many kinds, along with dragonlasers 1W spartan and 1W krypton from WL. Now, I'm looking for 1W Green laser ( I state the krypton as 700mW tbh and lot of you guys know why). I've been searching around the internet, and the forum, but could not find the legitimate 1W handheld green laser. I need some recommendations.

Glad to be part of the forum and I'll put up some reviews of what I have.
Best
Kainen

P.S If they got IR filtered, that'd be great too..

The only company that would be selling a stable handheld 1W laser with a long duty cycle would be LaserGlow.

If they did, the price would probably be at least $10k... :(

you can by the 600mw green laser from jet lasers. We have seen a 1.2 watt peak but you should expect between 600mw-700mw.

1W 532nm lasers in handhelds are pushing the limits as it is, in terms of thermal dissipation, battery power, driver capabilities and stabilization. Optotronics comes close with some of their lasers, but as far as I know, there are no 532nm handhelds that are truly 1W, at least, for for that price range.

You don't need any laser. I don't need a 2 watt laser but I have one because it is awesome. I am sure he is a laser enthusiast who wants a laser. I know I want a 1 watt green laser and I am sure just about every one on this forum wants one to.

i must admit i dont need any laser but the destre to own them is almost irresistable. and tbh if we could all afford it we would all probably own 1 of each wavelength in 1W or higher... if it were of course possible to produce to 1W of each wavelength in a handheld

CNI sells 1W 532nm for $1800 and 800mW 532nm for $1300. of course it's IR filtered.
The only things that i don't like about CNI's laser is about the design of their laser. :undecided:

Would you rather have it look like a toy or movie prop?

So would the 1W 532nm CNI laser for $1800 the most reliable portable laser out there? I guess I could try to spend up to $1800, but definitely not over $5000 for hercules.. :(.

^ The 1W CNI 532nm (peak near 1.1W if you ask for a overspec one) is the way to go.

laserglow hercules made by CNI, so you have no choice..
$1800 @1000mW pure 532nm of CNI are the best value among all handheld 532nm.

beside boblaser that have a 1300mW laser (No IR filter, if IR filtered, it would be ~1000mW)

idk if they using same module.

but if you chose CNI, you may have battery problem, because a 1W 532nm laser must suck your battery, so it will die fast.

boblaser using 22650 that can last longer, but i doubt about them. their have a poor reputation.
